Venice Biennale 2014: OfficeUS
Daniel López-Pérez curated an exhibition of his research project at the University of San Diego and a series of lectures and roundtable discussions in the American Pavilion at the 2014 Venice Biennale, as part of the OfficeUS program.
Exploring the legacy of R. Buckminster Fuller, the program focused on the themes of intellectual property and design research innovation as a way to reflect upon contemporary models of design research.
A series of lectures and roundtable discussions included the participation of Hanif Kara (AKT), Joaquim Krausse (Bauhaus), Nerea Calvillo (Warwick) and Eva Franch Gilabert (U. of Venice).
